Julieanne is an explorer, mother, dreamer, wife and artist. She had spent her childhood happily exploring the woods and beaches of Manitoulin Island with her sisters. After graduating from Laurentian she headed off for a summer travelling in Ireland which then turned into ten years of living and travelling around the globe.
Another big adventure for her was five years ago when her and her husband decided to build their own log house within the Sudbury area. They are now currently rebuilding a camp on the island of Manitoulin.
Her pieces are inspired through her adventures and living experience of the outdoors in the North. She has a great support system which further encourages her work. She finds great joy in being creative and the process of her work.
Heirloom Island makes beautiful water colour artwork cards. Each design has been inspired through her adventures, and everyday life of living in the North. Each card is blank inside to create your own message and comes with a white envelope and cello wrapper. These make the perfect addition to any gift giving.
All of these are painted and printed within Northern Ontario. Please be sure to check out her website that is filled with colour and happiness for further information.
